At first I had some difficulty accessing my account, but Omar was swift to notice my difficulties and stepped in. He was able to help get me all sorted out while I initiated the sync. He stayed in good contact with me, was patient with me, and kept me in the loop about how my sync was coming along. I had a very pleasant experience using the app and working with Omar.

I had two people helping me do this because being new to e-commerce, Shopify, and all these apps I needed a lot of extra help. Joseph and Nasser were both very patient with me. Left sku-iq and sku harmony and started with quicksync, so far it seems far superior, it LOOKS clean and organized which is appreciated but what stands out immediately is the customer service. While setting up Joseph contacted me and helped sync everything smoothly, he was efficient and made good conversation along with getting the job done. so far, very impressed.
