I had a great experience with Quicksync! The customer service representatives, Gasser and Arianne, were incredibly friendly and responded quickly to all my inquiries. They were patient and helped me resolve my issues efficiently. The overall interface is user-friendly and simple to navigate. Although the sync process can be a bit slow at times, it’s still much faster than similar products I’ve used. Most importantly, it never misses any information during synchronization. I highly recommend Quicksync!

So far at least. Seems to do what it says. Customer service seems great so far. They had a rep IM me right when I was getting started, so very proactive in offering their support. And my customer service rep, Khaled, was extremely knowledgable on the features and even with Shopify itself. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support.

I spent the whole day trying to sync my Shopify products to my TikTok shop-it didn't work. A frustrated me watched so many videos on YouTube, trying to figure out the solution. I came by a video that talked about Quicksync and Ownbase. I decided to go with Quicksync because it made more sense, and had better options ( real time syncing). So I downloaded the app on myShopify and proceeded to sync my products. Then I had a problem with the TikTok category settings. The products would not show on TikTok until I review the default categories. I was stuck , I didn't know how to proceed. There and then I received an instant message from Normie asking me if I needed help. Boy! Was I relieved. Normie was wonderful, this angel walked me through the whole process, and ended up helping me finishing up the job. This was truly 5 star service. Thank you Normie and Quicksync for your help.

I was working on trying to load items in shopify the agent began to chat with me an informed me that he could do the import for me. I was thrilled to learn this because that is time consuming to do. Great help Joseph

I have been struggling with inventory issues, and Made the request to speak with a member of the customer service team multiple times! Omar is the only one who explained the issue to me and fixed it (turns out it was an easy fix) thanks Omar! what a relief!

The app was very useful in connecting my Ebay store with TikTok. I was most impressed by the customer service. Joseph walked me through the process step by step. He was courteous and patient and made sure that everything was set up properly. He provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend him/app to anyone in the future.
