Hello, SQ Sync customer service goes above and beyond. I at first was having trouble loading and syncing all of my products and the customer service walked me through it and was able to also link the products for me.

I was very pleased and happy with the service. "Charisse" not only helped me with the issues I was having. She stay there until the issues was fixed. And the products that were not able to be synced, she gave me the list of those items and what to do to correct it. I would give 6 stars if there was another one. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE AGENT THAT ASSISTED ME!!!

I got help from Joseph and he was kind and patient. He walked me through the whole process! The customer is awesome and I want to only use Shopify for my POS and my online store.

We used this app because our shopify POS wasn't working for us. It ended up being a cheaper monthly fee than the POS subscription, and worked exactly as we needed. The only thing we missed was being able to use gift cards across both platforms, adding a way to sync balances would be a total game changer!
