Excellent Customer Service for Shopify-Square Sync App.
The customer service for this Shopify app that syncs products from Square was phenomenal. The thought of manually entering all of our inventory into our Shopify store was completely daunting and we kept putting it off. Then we stumbled upon Squaresync and decided to give it a shot. We were hesitant to spend the $ on it but I swear it's worth every penny! All of our inventory is carried over and I don't have to spend hours upon hours doing it myself! Thea was a huge help when I was having a minor issue getting our locations connected - she fixed it immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much!
**UPDATE: We've been using this for a while now (6 months or so?) and we still love it. I just got off of live chat with Joseph and he answered a dozen questions for me. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't recommend this app or company enough. :) Thanks again!

I had a issue with my inventory not syncing due to my own fault and customer service was quick to help and get my inventory realigned properly.
Joseph gave me such a great help today on the support chat he's a real person! Not a bot, you don't see that a lot these days. 5 stars
Angelica has been extremely responsive and helpful. The application itself is confusing to me and is not very user friendly in my opinion, but Angelica has been patient in assisting me with getting my account set up for over 3 hours now. Great help!

Great Customer Service from Khaled
started the sync process and with some technical issues with SKUs, the support was outstanding to help resolve this issue.
Overall very simple and easy to use. App can run into issues from time to time though there are plenty of agents who are available to help.
It was super easy to figure out the first steps on my own, then when I had questions, their customer support was fast, patient, and not only explained things to me clearly, but did a considerable amount of the work for me. Joseph is a rockstar, fingers crossed you get him as your rep !
