At first I had some difficulty accessing my account, but Omar was swift to notice my difficulties and stepped in. He was able to help get me all sorted out while I initiated the sync. He stayed in good contact with me, was patient with me, and kept me in the loop about how my sync was coming along. I had a very pleasant experience using the app and working with Omar.

I had two people helping me do this because being new to e-commerce, Shopify, and all these apps I needed a lot of extra help. Joseph and Nasser were both very patient with me.
