I was having issues syncing my website and Omar was very quick to walk me through it and tell me things about my account I wasn't aware of. HUGE help for someone who isn't tech savy.
Hello, SQ Sync customer service goes above and beyond. I at first was having trouble loading and syncing all of my products and the customer service walked me through it and was able to also link the products for me.
Normie was very professional and understanding of my needs. Fantastic result
I use this app for syncing Square and Shopify and it is fantastic. The service is also great when it comes to resolving any issues. Highly recommend!

I am so glad these apps are compatiable. I did not want to spend the outrageous amount that shopify charges. My assistantance was very helpful.

Omar is amazing customer service personal, very knowledgeable. this my secound time dealing with her and she was very helpful.
I was very pleased and happy with the service. "Charisse" not only helped me with the issues I was having. She stay there until the issues was fixed. And the products that were not able to be synced, she gave me the list of those items and what to do to correct it. I would give 6 stars if there was another one. VERY VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND THE AGENT THAT ASSISTED ME!!!

Customer support Thea helps a lot!! Because it's my first time using both Square and SquareSync, it's really confusing for me. And Thea guided me through all the details on product syncing and setup process, really helps understand the app. Now I can start the testing!!
