I have to say that although I am somewhat new to this Shopify app thing, I am so thankful for customer service agents like Thea who assist store owners like myself who are not as familiar with the capabilities of these apps to assist us with inventory, orders, etc. Thea guided me and assisted with correcting my inventory issues and even nice enough to assist me so that I can have a perfect work flow without interruptions. So far, it is suitable for importing eBay into Shopify instead of vice versa.
