The app was easy to install and setup. Though the initial sync had a bit of an issue, Joseph in support was great in helping us get sync started and was very helpful along the way and saw the resolution through to the end.

I've just added it - Thea helped me out when my products didn't sync, but it's all fixed and has appeared on my Square Terminal, which is exactly what I needed, thank you!

I'd rate SQ Inventory Sync 4 out of 5 stars. My experience with the Normie has been generally positive. Along with the SQ Inventory Sync
The app's user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has made the onboarding process smooth for our team. The real-time syncing feature has been particularly beneficial, as it eliminates the risk of overselling products and allows us to fulfill orders promptly.
However, there have been a few instances of minor glitches when syncing large batches of data, which can be a bit frustrating. Additionally, while the app offers good documentation, I would appreciate more detailed troubleshooting guides to address any issues that may arise.
Overall, SQ Inventory Sync has helped streamline our inventory management processes, saving us time and reducing errors. With some minor improvements, it could easily earn a 5-star rating.
we used to have an app that didn't update and the stock was always incorrect. Plus the online assistance was always in the wrong time zone. This service and program is amazing
