Mohamed Hussein was incredibly helpful. He synced my full inventory over to square and I am so thankful, as I had no idea how to do this myself.
Setup was extremely easy and so far, everything has worked without a hitch.
This app saves us so much time and customers are happier now that there are no missing items in our Square POS.

Needed help with a custom sync with a complex retail square to Shopify connection. Joseph was incredibly helpful with not only solving some of the technical pieces (server timeouts because we have a huge inventory) but also with a custom sync of categories sold only in our retail stores. i just started using the app and ran into some issues regarding syncing multiple locations. Angelica has been very helpful and patient walking me through the steps to get everything in order. So far have been able to get everything working with the help of their customer service.
