QuickSync ‑ All in One App

First off ignore all reviews that aren’t 5 star these had to be impossible people. I am new to Quicksync and I honestly wasn’t sure if I was going to get it but I am glad I did for Joseph alone. I am a new business owner so there are still things that I am learning. He made it super easy for me and didn’t make me feel dumb even offered to walk me through everything so make it even easier. Honestly the best customer service I have ever had with a system. Love knowing I can reach out to him in the future for help. The company did themselves a favor by hiring him.

This app accomplished, albeit in a very limited capacity, what we needed it to do: sync Square inventory to Shopify.

The biggest hurdle is that this app is essentially unusable without support from the QuickSync team. The UI is unintuitive, critical admin features appear to be inaccessible, and there is no logging or sync history. Overall, it is just a really messy experience to use.
