WARNING! This app crashed both our stores, changed the layout to mobile version when looking at the website on computer. Hidden products, a lot of products didnt show and it moved the whole site to the right so you could only see some parts of the website. WARNING! Shopify should really control what apps they allow on here. This is not built for shopify!

We noticed that you installed our app on two different stores and experienced the same issue. However, before reaching out to us, you contacted Shopify Support. Unfortunately, that took 2–3 days, and in the end, the issue was identified as being related to our app, which led to the app being uninstalled and this review being posted.
If you had contacted us first, we would have been happy to investigate the issue with you. Our app is being used by more than 10,000 Shopify stores, and we haven’t come across this kind of issue before. It could have been caused by a conflict with another app, custom code, or a script running on your store.
We’re also sorry that when we reached out to help, you decided not to continue with the troubleshooting.
If you ever feel like giving our app another chance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be happy to investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it. We take pride in our support, and our reviews reflect how committed we are to helping our merchants.

I can now customize the forms I need for my companys new website.
The SK: Form Builder app has been a game-changer for my Shopify store. Its clean, select-and-use interface makes creating custom forms incredibly easy. I've been able to build everything from simple contact forms to more complex customer input forms without any hassle.
The flexibility to collect specific customer information is exactly what I needed, and the app integrates seamlessly with my store. Plus, their support team is very responsive. This is a reliable, top-tier app that has earned my 5-star rating.
I like the integration to Zapier and Klavyio, and find it very useful for automation.
I wish there was a user friendly way to design the success message appearance and not only by custom CSS. However, whenever I needed assistance the support team were there quickly by chat and helped me.

Pretty good, I like how you can see the utms, but you should make it easier to view this data, and possible carry the utm dta into shopify as tags or similar. It would be nice to have a reports section that shows this also.. Sometimes the emails would not come through, but now its a paid service hopefully that will all be fixed.
