The best contact form application that I have tried, and above all and very important that you can configure SMTP, since not all apps of this style accept it. SK's Forms is simple and easy to use and perfectly meets my requirements. I have used other form apps before, but the experience is very poor, such as not being able to receive email notifications, not being able to open the app, etc. But SK's form avoids these problems perfectly.
