Easy to use! Good for beginner like me to able create form form in minutes instead of using google forms.

This app is pretty good! It allowed me to build a beautiful custom form easily, and the Klaviyo integration is super helpful.

The only drawback is that you can't customize the template of the customer thank you email after they submit and inquiry- you can only change the text.

Customer support is very responsive as well.
