This app is perfect for managing complex forms! It's extremely easy to set up and so far, I haven't encountered any bugs. Highly recommended!

It is a basic app, but it works well. If you don't need really complex and animated form i think that it is perfect

There are lots of customisations possible with this app and Squadkin customer service is great - we recently required some help with code modification and they were able to sort it our quickly for us. The form has been working well for our enquiries!
