SK: Advanced Form Builder

This app is great for my needs and really makes things a lot easier when it comes to creating forms.

Used this app for creating forms it even let us use upload in it free plan, but its one of the only ones that works out the box!

SK's Forms is simple and easy to use and perfectly meets my requirements. I have used other form apps before, but the experience is very poor, such as not being able to receive email notifications, not being able to open the app, etc. But SK's form avoids these problems perfectly. Highly recommended!

This app is pretty good! It allowed me to build a beautiful custom form easily, and the Klaviyo integration is super helpful.

The only drawback is that you can't customize the template of the customer thank you email after they submit and inquiry- you can only change the text.

Customer support is very responsive as well.

As simple as it gets, if I had build it myself I would have like to make it that way.
I was stuck with the form not showing, and coudn't find the solution in the documentation, but in an email exange, everything was fixed.

I'm really satisfied with this app! I've been looking for a simple solution to build a form for my specific needs and I found it! Not only is it compatible with my website, but I'm able to build multiple forms for different purposes.
