Very GOOD

As simple as it gets, if I had build it myself I would have like to make it that way.
I was stuck with the form not showing, and coudn't find the solution in the documentation, but in an email exange, everything was fixed.

There seems to be a bug in the system — sometimes when a customer submits a form, I don’t receive an email notification. However, I can still find the submitted information in the backend; it’s just that I’m not being notified.

The app is easy to navigate, and the Google Sheets connector feature is especially useful and works really well.

J'ai testé plusieurs applications de formulaire disponibles sur Shopify, et celle-ci est la plus simple. Elle fait tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour entrer en contact avec mes clients. C'est un vrai gain de temps et d'efficacité. Je la recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une solution fiable et pratique ! Attention toutefois, l'application n'est pas encore traduite en français.

We researched quite a few form builder apps to add to our Shopify store and found SK Form Builder to be the best so far. It offers a vast range of customizable options and also has the feature of data collection and export.

We have been using this app for over six months now. They have been very helpful and supportive in all our customization requests, and I recommend using this app. The paid version is also quite affordable.

Pretty good, I like how you can see the utms, but you should make it easier to view this data, and possible carry the utm dta into shopify as tags or similar. It would be nice to have a reports section that shows this also.. Sometimes the emails would not come through, but now its a paid service hopefully that will all be fixed.

One of the most useful, flexible, and easy to use Form app for Shopify. We have been using it for a long time now for all of our website registrations and other submissions.

The highlight for me is being able to embed it using a simple code which makes it super easy to use via meta-fields. 100% recommended.
