This is a very easy app to use and the integration was very smooth and easy. Also, the customer service is great, I needed an answer to a question and they quickly responded back to me. I am satisfied with this app :-)

J'ai testé plusieurs applications de formulaire disponibles sur Shopify, et celle-ci est la plus simple. Elle fait tout ce dont j'ai besoin pour entrer en contact avec mes clients. C'est un vrai gain de temps et d'efficacité. Je la recommande vivement à tous ceux qui cherchent une solution fiable et pratique ! Attention toutefois, l'application n'est pas encore traduite en français.

This is a great easy tool to use and looks really attractive on the web page. I like the fact you can build a form from scratch such a high grade app for zero cost. Its amazing!

SK's Forms is simple and easy to use and perfectly meets my requirements. I have used other form apps before, but the experience is very poor, such as not being able to receive email notifications, not being able to open the app, etc. But SK's form avoids these problems perfectly. Highly recommended!
