I have used many forms as tools, and this one is the most satisfactory to me. It has a simple operation interface, does not require coding, and provides many templates. If you have any questions, there is online customer service to provide technical support, and the customer service replies quickly. In general, if you are choosing a form software, I recommend you choose it.

I have just installed this app for my return purpose and I found this app great so far. I contacted their support and they are replying very promptly and without any delay. You can remove their branding from the app for free (conditional) I recommend this app to install in your stores.
