Pretty good, I like how you can see the utms, but you should make it easier to view this data, and possible carry the utm dta into shopify as tags or similar. It would be nice to have a reports section that shows this also.. Sometimes the emails would not come through, but now its a paid service hopefully that will all be fixed.

I like the integration to Zapier and Klavyio, and find it very useful for automation.

I wish there was a user friendly way to design the success message appearance and not only by custom CSS. However, whenever I needed assistance the support team were there quickly by chat and helped me.

App makes it very easy to set up nice-looking forms and provides a lot of features. One star taken off for the AI support bot, very frustrating

Once you have understood the handling, creating the forms works really well and easily.

Sometimes you have to try out something so that all the information is available in the email. But when it works, it's a great way to integrate your individual forms according to the theme.

This app is pretty good! It allowed me to build a beautiful custom form easily, and the Klaviyo integration is super helpful.

The only drawback is that you can't customize the template of the customer thank you email after they submit and inquiry- you can only change the text.

Customer support is very responsive as well.

Today, I downloaded the app and immediately started creating a form. The app turned out to be simple and easy to use. I needed to make a form with 30-40 questions. After filling in half of the table, I noticed that some questions were disappearing. At first, I thought it was my mistake or inattentiveness. I left this table in drafts and decided to create a new one, hoping everything would be fine. However, I encountered the same problem again – rows were disappearing from the table.

I contacted customer support. They responded very quickly and promised to resolve the issue within two days. I continue to work on the table and hope that everything will work out on the third attempt.
