SK: Contact Form Builder

One of the most useful, flexible, and easy to use Form app for Shopify. We have been using it for a long time now for all of our website registrations and other submissions.

The highlight for me is being able to embed it using a simple code which makes it super easy to use via meta-fields. 100% recommended.

Flows better, simple things like whne a email comes through you can reply directly to the persons email. Previously used myappgurus Contact Form Builder. This i find much better and it has so far stayed free
