SK: Advanced Form Builder

I looked at several "form builder" apps on the store. This one does everything I need it to do and it's so simple to work with. I can try things out and then tweak them instead of redoing all my previous work. It's been great so far!

This is a great app for building forms on the website. I have tried it on multiple websites. The app lacks some functionality in design, but it is a free app, so I will not complaint about this.

So easy to set up and works great. There is a support website and chat to help if you need it, but honestly was so easy I didn't need to use the chat.

I'd highly recommend - especially with it being a free app. Nothing not to like.
