It's a great tool for creating forms, the best without a doubt. I've been testing it, and it surpasses the others: it's wide, fast, lightweight and adapts to current Shopify themes. I totally recommend it.

Great app You can use advance feature in free

Recently setup to be used as a Returns Form and works great with easy implementation into both the shopify store and our current internal RMA process. Considering it is Free I can happily say it is the ideal option for Small to Medium Business where a quick form is all you need.

Great support that help to adjust any form if needed. It is pretty easy to create and to integrate forms on site.
