Really great app for building forms. The design process is very simple and the forms look great. One of my favourite apps in my store :)

The functionality is very high for a free app. Has many of the features of the more expensive apps but it is all completely free. We use the google sheets integration a lot and find it very helpful. I would recommend learning some basic CSS for styling the forms. There are not many styling tools in the app itself.

The app is user-friendly and powerful, allowing me to easily create a variety of custom forms. The customer support is excellent, and the team is responsive and solves any issues I encounter during use. Overall, the experience is great and it is worth recommending.

I am truly surprised that this app is free. (*SEE UPDATE BELOW) The form building process is simple, the integrations are powerful, there is significant flexibility in the types of fields that can be used in the forms, and the forms can be relatively lengthy.

The "back end" mailing options and ability to integrate with SMTP servers and data collection options such as Google Sheets was exactly what I was looking for. In short, this is the first app I have found that meets every wish I had when I decided to abandon the previous configuration I was using. For it to be literally exactly what I was looking for AND be free is just remarkable.

*It is no longer free, at least, the features that I need are no longer free. I've spent several hours creating forms, making the connections for data to be transmitted to Google Sheets, setting up email notifications... now I am only able to use 2 of the forms I've been creating, Google Sheets is no longer available, and removing their branding is no longer an option (I was told that to remove their branding I had to write a review, which is why I did it in the first place)

Great app, gave us all of the functions we required. Customer Service was also great and helped us to fix some small issues.

Incredible app that should be standard on Shopify. Great work guys! Very easy to use and create a custom contact form for my growing team with a new customer service function. I wanted the ability to send CS emails to my CS team while maintaining admin emails to my inbox. This is also at an incredible price - FREE!

I would like an upgrade for flows to send sales emails to my sales team and order emails to my customer support team based on a form response, but for the price, this is simply a nice to have improvement!
