As simple as it gets, if I had build it myself I would have like to make it that way.
I was stuck with the form not showing, and coudn't find the solution in the documentation, but in an email exange, everything was fixed.

Easy to use forms and export function. Has been working really well for me. Excellent free version, really appreciate that option for small business. Would definitely recommend.
