I'm using this app to create custom forms on my store. It has a lot of features that allow you to create fully custom forms.

This app is excellent, easy to set up, and offers great styling options that are very useful. Additionally, it allows for easy data export with multiple options available. I am very satisfied with this app.

This app is incredibly user-friendly. The drag-and-drop interface makes it a breeze to design forms exactly how I want them. I especially appreciate the ability to easily upload files directly within the form.

The email notifications are a fantastic feature, keeping me updated on every submission. Plus, the customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've had any questions.

Waited a little while before reviewing this to ensure no sudden changes. App is free, much better than a rival app i previously used. Flows better, simple things like whne a email comes through you can reply directly to the persons email. Previously used myappgurus Contact Form Builder. This i find much better and it has so far stayed free

As simple as it gets, if I had build it myself I would have like to make it that way.
I was stuck with the form not showing, and coudn't find the solution in the documentation, but in an email exange, everything was fixed.

SK form builder is very easy to use, and they allow you to remove their branding off your forms too! I just started using them for my website, but up till now, they are doing well!
Customer support is a little hard to reach though!
