Pretty good, I like how you can see the utms, but you should make it easier to view this data, and possible carry the utm dta into shopify as tags or similar. It would be nice to have a reports section that shows this also.. Sometimes the emails would not come through, but now its a paid service hopefully that will all be fixed.

Thanks for all support in the chat guys! I have been using SK: Form Builder on my Shopify store, and it's perfect! Easy to use, and really flexible. I could change my whole layout without problems. Thanks guys

There seems to be a bug in the system — sometimes when a customer submits a form, I don’t receive an email notification. However, I can still find the submitted information in the backend; it’s just that I’m not being notified.
