Surya was finally able to explain why some items were not able to be moved to Square. Once we knew why, it was a very simple fix. This app seems to be more reliable at adjusting inventory both ways once its set up. Other apps used for the same purpose have unexpectedly quit. So far so good with this one!
After a ton of integrations, we decided to go with this one as we where using Square before for our in person business as well. They very very fast ,offered us great deal and support the whole way .

Can't get it to work properly. After a ton of work and a few calls with support, I still can't get it to sync most of my inventory. Importing products from Square to Shopify is incomplete and incorrect. Doesn't import all the information (description does not import) and imports some of it incorrectly (changes the name of the vendor from what I have listed in Square to the name of my store, which I then have to fix). Uninstalling and trying a different app.
