Natalie was a great help with some issues I needed resolved.
Every time I need some help, they reply very quickly and find a solution. I have been using this app for at least a year I think, so far so good. I could use a lot more of the features they offer, but in my case, I only use to track my employees clock ins and clock out.

So far, we only used the app for time tracking. But we are excited to start working with scheduling and checklists. Their support is the best, you can chat with someone at any time and get help right away.
This App really helps small businesses have a grasp of their team's hours, payroll and overall experience.

Customer service is great. We use as a small business for our furniture store.
We started to use easyteam as of January 2025. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive using in app chat tools to respond to any of my needs, and jumping on a video call when needed. There are features that I hope to be added for payroll in the near future, and updates (maybe a easyteam app to check schedule, paystubs and clock in?), but I trust it will keep developing. Keep it up!

I am from Mexico and I have been using easyteam at my point of sale for almost a year, the customer service is excellent, they respond very quickly and are very friendly, I recently requested to add Mexican pesos to their program so that it would be easier for me to use and I am grateful that You have taken my comment into account, I love easyteam!!
Working great so far. They are working hard on adding new useful features. Looking forward to them. Simplified my life quite a bit!
