Great customer service! The chat function is quick and easy and actually very helpful. I am new to using this integration but am loving it so far.
The app is all-encompassing, and our store Rainbow Jo uses it for multi purposes. I needed help with the Staff Management function, and Natalie from customer support was awesome! She gave me the solution that eluded me yesterday, and I was easily able to install the updated time clock tile. Great help on-the-spot!

We have been loving using EasyTeam with our retail locations along with Shopify POS. It has made many of our processes much easier.
So far, I like the ease of setting everything up and it syncs with Shopify. I love the checklist that you can create. It also has templates you can use. The online staff are very helpful if you have any questions.
