I like the app. I took one star off because I would like a feature that allows you to track when staff miss punches. A report of changing the colour of the shift so its easier to see and monitor staffs performance

Hanna is great at customer service however the app itself can be very slow letting employees clock in and in the short amount of time I have used it needs to be rebooted often which can be a issue if I am not in the store at the time, leads to me needing to manually edit time clocks on a regular basis.

Thanks for the feedback! 🙂 Unfortunately, the loading time is an issue on the Shopify's POS app itself (and happens with all the POS apps), BUT - we're happy to announce that we'll be taking part with Shopify's upcoming POS update that will solve this for good 🙂

In the meantime - one of our CS team will reach out to provide you with a temporary solution that might solve it for you. And again, thank you for the feedback 🙏

excellent customer service, load times are a little slow, but not a big deal. support responds very quickly, and is very polite!

Super prompt and very helpful assistance! We recently downloaded the app to test out to implement with our team and all our questions have been answered within 15 minutes of browsing the app.

The support was really helpful and efficient when we needed to export data for our staff. Although the functionality is basic, it was fine for our needs. We've used this app for a few years to track time for our retail team.
