Natalie was amazing for support for technical problems.
I was having issues downloading my teams time clock in/out report. I chatted with support and they were great! Took only a few minutes to resolve the issue and get me where I needed to be. Very helpful, quick and easy!
So far so good! I had some questions after the initial download and Natalie was very quick to assist. Love the chat option where there are actually real people who are knowledgable to assist!
