The support was really helpful and efficient when we needed to export data for our staff. Although the functionality is basic, it was fine for our needs. We've used this app for a few years to track time for our retail team.

We suggest trying our sales performance, commissions, and scheduling features as well- it'll help you to reduce the payroll effort to the minimum. And as always - we'll be happy to help you set everything up quickly with the POS 😊
I chatted with Peter from Easy Team and he was able to walk me through resetting my password and editing my time sheet. He also answered my questions about pricing. Great customer service!

Cannot begin to tell you the contrast between this and other time tracking apps! Basic and easy to use features, easy to navigate and set up. Customer service can't be beat!
Our staff had trouble clocking in while the system was down. I was able to message the support team, and Peter quickly sent a temporary link so my staff could clock in for both stores. I really appreciate the quick response!

Great app, very helpful to run your business, they still need to improve the option to calculate the commission feature. besides this everything else is very useful to running your team. Highly recommended! the customer's support was very useful for the set-up.

At the moment, we allow to auto-calculate fixed commissions per different products, and commissions based on the staff's sales goals.
