Support and product are insanely good.
We installed the app the day of our store opening with 15 new employees and everything was flawless with the POS lol!
Would recommend. No fancy other software work as well as this for shopify POS.
EasyTeam provided wonderful customer services and aided us drastically in getting our account set up. We have multiple locations and EasyTeam makes it easy to manage staff with commissions. Thanks Hanna, you're the best!

Staffy supports the older version of the POS as well, although we can not provide the quick action buttons in the POS dashboard since it doesn't exist there unfortunately (missing functionality in the POS system itself).

I think I found the best app to help me all around from calculating sales commission to time clock on employees. The app is very easy to use and hands down by far!!! Hanna is the best support I've seen for a very long time. She was able to fix all my set up issues from back stage. Her help was just wonderful and save me a lot of time because I'm totally new to the app kind of thing for my Shopify account. I would recommend this app to store owner who need to pay staff commission in regular basic, especially if your shop sells large amount of different kind of inventory and involve different tiers of payout. I'm looking forward to this app that I'm sure it will save me lot of time from where I used to calculate each salesperson on what they sell each period of time. Thank you and God bless

This app is amazing!
I've been tired of using so many different tools just to manage my team. Having tasks, chats and payrolls integrated into the same app is just brilliant and makes my life much much easier!

We have an online shop and 2 physical POS locations with shopify, and we recently added the Easyteam app to manage all of our employees time clocking. Hanna was very helpful with the setup. This app should make it much easier to manage our payroll!
