There is a glitch when you tap the clock in tile on Shopify POS it logs in to the admin/owners Shopify dashboard with full owner permission to edit everything like staff permissions, see all sales activity, etc just by tapping alone it is the most dangerous security breach I contacted them they are aware of this issue.

Our staff had trouble clocking in while the system was down. I was able to message the support team, and Peter quickly sent a temporary link so my staff could clock in for both stores. I really appreciate the quick response!

Great app, very helpful to run your business, they still need to improve the option to calculate the commission feature. besides this everything else is very useful to running your team. Highly recommended! the customer's support was very useful for the set-up.

At the moment, we allow to auto-calculate fixed commissions per different products, and commissions based on the staff's sales goals.

I can clock hours for staff when running stores remotely. and that is very good- it also helps me run payroll easier.

This is the best app on Shopify for staff management. It automatically calculates wages based on each employee's hours worked and it's exactly what I was looking for. Employees can also register for remote access to the app directly from their phones without having to install the POS. Hanna from the support team was very helpful and responsive and helped me set everything up very quickly and is the greatest support I have experienced.
Our team has been using the app up until now and it's still the best app for us.
Our employees can clock in/out easily. We are also able to create schedules and checklists. It had always been easy for us to manage our staff.
