Staff is quick to replay and helpful

Natalie was able to solve my issue in a matter of minutes. This is a great app and saves me so much time when doing payroll.

Supprt live chat was great! Natalie provided great support and able to answer all of my questions.

The setup communication has been great and EasyTeam has been very accommodating to our small business needs so far!

EasyTeam has been very easy so far. Fast support help and easy to use.

Update: 01-16-2024 They called me directly and asked for me to change the review from 1 star. They proceeded to tell me they want to make it better. My response is that this should be a free app with all the features they now offer. That a paid app should actually work. It wasted my time and money. I finished with "don't release an app that is not ready for market".

Glitchy, froze often. Staff constantly couldn't clock in, Added more headaches to my life. Would not suggest to anyone. Scheduling was horrible.

Natalie was extremely responsive and resolved the issue within seconds. Thanks Natalie!!

Very new to this app, but the customer services is 10/10! Natalie was so helpful and informative while I was setting up our users and company. Highly recommend!
