We run several retail locations and this app has made scheduling our staff, monitoring their working hours, calculating their sales provision and even sharing To Do Lists (and control completion) so easy - if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
The app is all-encompassing, and our store Rainbow Jo uses it for multi purposes. I needed help with the Staff Management function, and Natalie from customer support was awesome! She gave me the solution that eluded me yesterday, and I was easily able to install the updated time clock tile. Great help on-the-spot!

So far, I like the ease of setting everything up and it syncs with Shopify. I love the checklist that you can create. It also has templates you can use. The online staff are very helpful if you have any questions.
