I'm using this app for clock in clock out feature and will be planning to make use of the commission feature soon. the system is simple enough, integrates really well and the support is fantastic getting back to me quickly and resolving my issue instantly :)

Our staff had trouble clocking in while the system was down. I was able to message the support team, and Peter quickly sent a temporary link so my staff could clock in for both stores. I really appreciate the quick response!

Great app, very helpful to run your business, they still need to improve the option to calculate the commission feature. besides this everything else is very useful to running your team. Highly recommended! the customer's support was very useful for the set-up.

At the moment, we allow to auto-calculate fixed commissions per different products, and commissions based on the staff's sales goals.

The support was really helpful and efficient when we needed to export data for our staff. Although the functionality is basic, it was fine for our needs. We've used this app for a few years to track time for our retail team.

For what it does, everything is very straight forward. Staff are able to see their transactions and see their commissions as well independently. This allows them to reconcile their transaction list which helps payroll immensely. This is a very critical addition for any commission based sales employee that you have using Shopify POS.

Support is amazing, I hope this app will have the ability to track staff activity so managers can see what other staff members are doing through the day and see more details like product description changes, inventory changes, SEO changes and etc. That is really important now when more and more people are working remotely and Shopify is hardly showing what staff activity is when they work.
