Cant say enough great things about the Easy Team app. I was previously with ADP - they made the transition seemless . Utilizing the Easy Team app for scheduling , then being able to easily process payroll has made the process a breeze ! Questions or concerns ? They are very responsive and supportive.
EasyTeam is so easy to use! Still, I am particularly challenged when it comes to the payroll side of things and that's where their stellar support comes in. I have reached out to them multiple times and they are on point: quick reply and very concise, while helping me understand where I was going wrong.
I am beyond pleased to switch to this company vs my previous one that started with a P and ended with an aychex. This one is run by actual feeling and breathing human beings.
Great Help Desk support and an awesome software to fill the void with shopify to adp !!!
