Great Customer Service
Natalie was able to solve my issue in a matter of minutes. This is a great app and saves me so much time when doing payroll.
The app is straightforward and easy to use. Customer support, Especially Natalie and Peter, are very helpful and responsive. They also send any feedback I have to the developer team to potentially implement in the future. Very happy with the app and service so far.

Update: 01-16-2024 They called me directly and asked for me to change the review from 1 star. They proceeded to tell me they want to make it better. My response is that this should be a free app with all the features they now offer. That a paid app should actually work. It wasted my time and money. I finished with "don't release an app that is not ready for market".
Glitchy, froze often. Staff constantly couldn't clock in, Added more headaches to my life. Would not suggest to anyone. Scheduling was horrible.
