We use this for our multiple brick and mortar stores. We needed a system that kept our employees honest as we identified time theft when auditing payroll. This app saved us hundreds of dollars a month. The customer service is fantastic with any issue being resolved literally within minutes. Every time I need some help, they reply very quickly and find a solution. I have been using this app for at least a year I think, so far so good. I could use a lot more of the features they offer, but in my case, I only use to track my employees clock ins and clock out.
