Seems to have a lot of great features and was relatively easy to set up, but the most important feature (redemption) is confusing and leaves the user believing there's a glitch. To make it worse, all support is via email. So while our client steams over this problem, all we can do is say, "We emailed them." The issue seems to be that when a user wants to redeem awards, there is a discount code provided with a button next to it saying "Apply Code." Any reasonable user would click that button to apply the reward code. But that button simply COPIES the code without saying that is what happened. So, the user believes the reward was applied. BUT IT WASN'T.
So, when the user goes to checkout, the code is not applied. The user needs to paste the code into the discount code box. But without knowing the code was copied, not applied, and not knowing or getting instructions to paste the code, the user is left wondering what happened to their discount.
Seriously, all Stamped needs to do is to get any reasonable person to walk through this and they will figure out that they need to change the copy on the button and add instructions to the process. But for that, we need to go back-and-forth with emails.
Now, as I have clicked "submit review" at least 5 times, I have to wonder if Stamped even allows reviews with less than 4 stars. Because it is not allowing my review to post.

The "Apply Code" function will apply the redeemed code to the cart on the checkout page as well. Our developer team is currently looking into the bug for your store.

In the meantime, we have updated the button to a copy function so that the program can continue to work for your customers. Apologies for the issue and please let us know through email if you have any further concerns.

There's too many bugs using this Stamped Loyalty and Referral system. Upon transaction of sale via Shopify POS, customer points are not reflected in the system even after 3 days of transaction. Hope the tech team could solve this issue as the entire redemption and reward system is not bullet proof.

Thank you for your feedback here. The POS aspect of our Loyalty product is currently receiving an "all hands on deck" approach from our product team and we should see positive results very soon!

My apologies that you have been negatively affected by this known issue.

I see several support tickets from you where we are waiting your response to help with some of our troubleshooting. Please work with the Advocates who are trying to assist and they will be able to sort you out!

If there is anything more we can do to change your experience with our wonderful Loyalty product please let me know.

I first became familiar with Stamped.io via their reviews app. One of the best if not the best review plugin online. A few days ago, I decided to give their loyalty & rewards plugin a try and I was not surprised at all how amazing it is. There is something about Stamped.io, they truly know value.

I'm paying $279 a month to have Stamped Review integrated with Stamped Loyalty. For this expensive price, the least I would expect is that everything would work without a hitch. It's been a month since my customers can't review their purchases from their Loyalty program to earn points. I've contacted the support team 3 times with photos and videos and I get nothing but automatic emails. Outrageous...

J'ai utilisé cette application pour pouvoir créer un lien plus fort avec mes clients sous un système de récompense en points, en parrainage... Après je suis toujours dessus car j'aimerais qu'il s'affiche en français sur mon site mais je n'ai pas encore trouver comment!

Been using this for 2 months now and am so unhappy. I've been having so many issues with things not working and customers complaining that they can't use their points as they should. When I contact support they tell me its a global problem and they are working on it...there is no way to talk to an actual person in real time and the email support is completely unhelpful. Looking for a different app.

Great interface, quite user friendly. Was also having a problem trying to save the changes when adding free products as rewards, but customer support managed to help me resolve this quite quickly. Thank you!

In the past two years that our site has been live, we’ve been through MANY trials of apps catered to reviews, loyalty programs—even those “all-in-one” apps touting maximum functionality for the most cost-effective price. And from the TOP of the TOP tier to the unknown start-up apps, each one suffered from a core failure. We’d find that bugs couldn’t be resolved because of lack of assistance, integration was immense and (for some reason) perpetually ongoing, etc... But out of all the apps we’ve tried, Stamped has hands-down outran the competition! We currently use both their loyalty and review apps, because, well, they’re the best. Their customer service is lightning fast, their team knowledge immense, and not to mention the ultimate reason for using any app—after integration we only need to utilize the app functionality, and can get back to our business, instead of troubleshooting bugs all the time. Thanks Stamped! We look forward to working with you more!
