I love stamped.io. Have used their reviews app for years and recently upgraded to use the Loyalty & Rewards. I love the layout, the different tiers and ease of setup but in addition to the great functionality that provides all that we need to provide a VIP, support has been phenomenal. Every question I have asked Judy, she has responded quickly and provided great information so I can make the best decision. I am so impressed with the help and support. This is a top notch company and if you are seeking a loyalty & rewards program, I would 100% recommend Stamped.io.
I can't rave about Stamped.io enough. Their support is amazing, my customers love it, I love it. Seriously don't wait to install it, it will change the way you and your customers relate to each other.
Just downloaded the app. I have been using another loyalty program for 2 years and switched to this one. It was super quick and easy to install and get set up, moved all my customers over and their points with ease and I love all the options for tailoring it to my needs. I had a few questions during set up and was quickly helped via email
Been using this for 2 months now and am so unhappy. I've been having so many issues with things not working and customers complaining that they can't use their points as they should. When I contact support they tell me its a global problem and they are working on it...there is no way to talk to an actual person in real time and the email support is completely unhelpful. Looking for a different app.

This is confusing because I selected stamped io for reviews and the loyalty program downloaded. it would he helpful to have the actula program i wanted to install be installed.

I have been using Stamped.io for collecting reviews for my online shop for the past 2 years. Perfect in every way. Only recently we decide to use the referral functions in Stamped.io; Simple to implement, configure and fast to kickstart. And even if you are stuck or having problems. The customer support is fantastic for they are fast and perfect in their resolution.
We absolutely love the app and our customers will as well as they will use it to unlock FREE items and continue to be the awesome customers they. Thanks for installing this amazing app for us. Great customer service !
I am currently relaunching my store and wanted to add a reward program. I really like the looks and features of this app. I can only give it 3 stars though because it loads super slow for me. It's taken hours for the widgets to load not only on my website but while setting it up. I thought it might be due to my site being password protected but it was still running painfully slow with it removed. I will deal with it for now but I probably won't be upgrading to paid. Will have to search for another app.

Our display widgets are optimized to load in Shopify stores within seconds, and they should not be taking hours based on the extensive tests done.

There are certain aspects such as functions that coudl be better. it glitches quite a bit, but otherwise it's well automated most times. Customer service is quick to reply and helpful.
