huge pain in the a**. When it works, it works. When it does not, your day is finished and you wont be printing orders. I seriously cannot understand why they can't get this working. Fire the R&D Team and start over. Calling in for help takes hours.

Total garbage. They recently forced everyone to update to the latest version of the app and it completely broke the functionality. Customer support emailed me with a troubleshooting guide which did not solve the problem.

I can't get it to work and I've worked as a systems admin and CTO for 12 years!

TERRIBLE APP, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Absolute garbage. Used to work fine. Now it's a steaming pile of poo. I don't want to learn a whole new system, but the ineptitude of Stamps is staggering as of late.

Did you hire a whole new staff?

Please hire based on merit.

The price of this app is unreasonable compared to alternatives. Additionally, it wasn't uploading tracking from the application.

My experience is exactly same as the 1st review. I followed the instructions and tried many times but the orders don't get imported.
Really BAD application.

Did not automatically fill orders after integration and there were zero troubleshooting guides to follow. I followed the directions exactly and tried three separate times. Everything was set up as instructed in the integration guide. It just didn't work.
