10/10 experience onboarding with Starshipit. Millie has been incredible at setting me up and I am saving hours that I used to have to manually upload labels into Aus Post. It's been a game changer. Big recommend from me!

Starshipit has made things super easy and automated - It's a no brainer when it comes to implementing ways in my business to help simplify shipping. I would recommend Starshipit for the ease of shipping and the support you receive. Millie has been fantastic and has been very quick to respond to all our enquiries. Starshipit has really helped us streamline our processes.

Not really happy with Starshipit due to a few issues:

- It's not fulfilling all of the Shopify orders, so we have to manually fulfill them.
- When I change the default courier, it takes at least a day to update.
- We can only bulk print with one default courier, but we use two, so it's very time-consuming.
