Usually, I do not like to write negative reviews but we are having problems busy days. System slowing down or sometimes is not working at all. I am happy with the app but it is pretty slow sometimes, they really need to work for their servers!
StarShipIT has added so much efficiency to our business I don't know how we operated without it for so long. The on boarding support and integration was next level and follow up support when need was fast and efficient.
Adding StarShipIT to our business has cut down our man hours shipping process by half.

Awesome shipping app! Great support from the team who helped us with the initial setup and fine tuning. We are Australian based, shipping mainly to AUS and NZ. Ship IT is now our shipping control centre, connected directly with our Australia Post and Fastway API’s. Hit print and away you go! Highly recommended if you’re sending more than 10 orders a day.
