This app has helped us save so much time with our shipping label creation! Would highly recommend this to any business looking to focus on more value adding tasks.

Moving over to Starshipit has been seamless for our business. Integration with Shopify and our shipping carriers has made getting orders out so much easier. I have found the customer service team to be incredibly helpful, fixing any issues in a timely and easy to explain way.

Very good product for our e-commerce business selling in Australia and overseas.

Have never had a technical fault with the software (other than infrequent occasions when the Australia Post data feed is interrupted by Australia Post beyond the control of StarShipit).

Exceptional, fast, knowledgeable customer support always available during business hours.

The app is creating a lot of manual work on our end due to an important "write back" feature no longer working reliably. Instead of addressing this problem and creating a workaround or developing a solution - their customer service continues to provide me with the same lame answer for several weeks now. First they failed to inform their paying customers that newly implemented limitations by Shopify might cause their software to no longer perform the way it used. This in itself is pretty terrible customer experience. Second they are not interested in working on a solution but keep sending me a copy & paste template advising of all the steps I now need to undertake on my end to fix this issue. Seriously?

Very impressed with this app and the service provided. By a substantial margin the fastest (least mouse clicks needed) way to book in the courier, fulfill item and print labels. Very thankful to have found this product.

This app is easy to use and the staff is responsive and helpful. So far we are happy with it. It will be perfect if the pricing can be more friendly.

StarShipIt is a great app!

We had issues with our first logistics app and when we moved over to StarShipIt the team were very helpful in setting us up and making sure everything ran smoothly.

Since we have been up and running the app has been a breeze to use. No glitches and any question I have had, has been resolved very quickly through support. Highly recommend!

Provides us with a complete logistics solution and support team are great. Only thing we need to really make it more efficient is for shopify tags (or custom fields) to be imported into Starshipit data

We chose StarShipIt over other shipping apps for the service and support.
