The customer service is 5 star. Once everything was set up the process for shipments is seamless. Highly recommend.

We were allocated a specialist for the first 6 weeks and they were so efficient and proactive with any questions we had (thank you Millie!). Their customer support is next level, as are the Starshipit features on the app. Super easy to navigate and very reliable.

The team at Starshipit have been extremely helpful from day one! No question of mine was left answered and the follow up to any (small) issues I did have was amazing. Millie was my account manager and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly for me. She jumped on calls and took me through demos, and made a big effort to support me.
