Very useful and simple to operate once you get used to it which doesn't take long, plus there's so much great customer support to get you going or if you have any questions down the track they are always there for you. It's great to have the info needed from different shipping companies combined into the one single app, and all the customer info is there automatically so you click a few things and you have your labels.
What a fantastic app for the Australian market. Live shipping rates from Australia Post which have increased sales, streamlined packing, and saved me hours everyday. It's even reduced tracking enquires by at least 90%. It's totally worth the cost each month. The support from Anthony was fantastic. He continued to follow up, he ran through a web demonstration, worked through all the settings with me, and even set up my new thermal printer for me to ensure everything was working the way it should. Now I just click and it prints. It integrates perfectly with Australia Post and Shopify. No issues so far and I've shipped over 80+ orders already.

I use this to print shipping labels for my online fashion store. I was still previously hand writing on my satchels so this has been a game changer in our work flow! It does half the work for me, love it!
We've recently moved over to Shopify for our webstore, Fishbowl Inventory for our ERP Program and then chose Starshippit to deal with our couriers. Having this as a package has cut our processing time in half and our customers are getting better tracking information.
I would give these guys 10 out of the stars if I could.
I have seen them bringing out more and more features over the years I have been using them, making the app more responsive, faster and easier to use.
If you are looking to automate your workflow you need to have starshipit.
Also the support is second to none, out of all the apps I use on Shopify I use this one multiple times per day.
Before it was a nightmare with spreadsheets and the like, install in now.

We have been using the app for about 5 months now and cannot fault it. The initial setup (with the help of the starship it staff ) can be as detailed or simple as you choose. Once set up (depending on your settings), it literally is, one click to print and manifest and just wait for the courier.
I have tried other cheaper alternatives but they didn't have the same flexibility. From our perspective, pricing is competitive, if not cheaper, for the service offered. One final mention..the support team are fantastic.
This app has totally changed how I fulfil my orders. It took me a while to get the hang of things and get things set up correctly, but once that part is done it is incredibly easy to use. We have hundreds of orders each week, and the app automatically provides tracking numbers to customers & corrects addresses which saves me so many hours. I also always receive brilliant support when looking for answers to my many questions! The only improvement I would suggest is when selecting orders to print, you have to click exactly inside the box next to the order number. If you slightly miss it, it will clear any other orders than you previously selected & you have to start again. If there was a way around this I think it would make the app slightly easier to use.
