Create, Print, Save and Email customer statements.
PT2 Statement Printer will simplify your administrative accounting tasks by allowing you to create statements from within the Shopify platform. You won't need to export orders to a spreadsheet or accounting software anymore to accomplish this task. Simply select a customer and choose their orders to include on the statement and Print, Save or Email.
- Customize the statement layout right within the app settings tab.
- Select colors, fonts and sizes. Add your company logo and fine print details.
- Make manual changes to the statement if needed. Add notes or other information.
- Print/Save statement from browser print window or Download as PDF.
- Email statements to customers directly from the app. *Requires Email Plan

Little glitch with the app but the team reached out to me fast and it got fixed right up. Up and running again and I love it. Very useful. Would like more customisability with what information is displayed for the customer, for example we should be able to display the company the customer is from on the statement, plus I would like to be able to expand the text field for the notes section to show more text. Other than that its great. Bonus feature request for being able to add two customer statements together somehow. We have customers from the same company coming to us and we would like the option to be able to send everything at the same time.

Such a simple app with such a powerful impact on my life. I have been waiting for an app like this for my wholesale credit customers and now I can effortlessly send them statements. Only thing I would like added later is the option to download as pdf instead of just print, but for now as this is the only app that offers this I am extremely happy and grateful.

Just wish they had an option to email the statement directly to client instead of just having an option to print.
