The platform just works, the abilities to integrate with other platforms as well as customize the end user experience all just make sense, and the support team is responsive in a timely and thoughtful manner.

we love stay.ai! the reporting is far easier to export and understand than any other subscription app we've ever used, and the functionalities around the retention engine, GWPs, and more make using stay a full no brainer. a must for growing consumer brands!!

We recently switched from PayWhirl to Stay AI. The onboarding was seamless and truly a 'white-glove' experience. Dare I say it was fantastic! Thomas expertly took us through the process, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were set up for success. We were a bit nervous at the outset since we were moving around how we process payments, but Thomas put us at ease every step of the way. We're excited to take advantage of the capabilities Stay has to offer with retention flows, prepaid gift subscriptions, and more.

Update 6 weeks in... we continue to receive outstanding customer support from the Stay team. Our customer service specialist, Morgan, is knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and supportive. We feel like we have a partner who is committed to our success.
